Raj is a keen yogi with an obsession with all things nutrition.
She’s Australian born and raised and moved to New York in 2015 for some adventure.
Raj completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine at Endeavor College in Sydney and is a certified yoga teacher (250hrs) with trainings completed in Sydney, Byron Bay and New York.
Her experience of the health and wellness industry includes private nutrition consultations, teaching yoga classes in both Sydney and New York as well as recipe development for popular plant-based food service, Sakara Life.
A committed student of yoga and all aspects of holistic healing, Raj finds great joy in sharing the tools to finding the sweet spot of who you are, her nurturing yet confident demeanor guides you down the path of knowing the real you so that you can manipulate the rules and play the game in a way that suits you best.
Raj believes that in order to serve others, we can only work from a full cup, she helps you get down with being selfish and allows you to stay cool in the drivers seat to success and abundance.
Genevieve is a classically trained chef and certified holistic health coach specializing in food intolerances and celiac disease.
She received her nutrition training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where she was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. She combines her knowledge of food and health to create synergy with high frequency foods that nourish the body and feed the soul.
Her passion stems from her own journey to healing herself from IBS and chronic fatigue. With clients, she explores the wholeness of mind, body, and spirit while committing to growth and transformation.
She inspires them to activate their bodies’ innate ability to heal itself by using food as medicine and achieving vibrant, boundless energy.
